The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States of America. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Franchise applications are accepted nation wide. You are welcome to join our team at anytime. We provide this website hosting service which will connect you with your customers. Included with your membership is mentor helpers from a list of our trained professional cleaners. We provide a library of training videos to help you become a profession Maid Star cleaner.

It is FREE to start a Maid Star website. The Maid Stars pays for the website hosting by charging you a month fee (we will notify if the fee changes). The fee is posted on the website.

You will negociate your own service fees and setup your cleaning schedule directly with your customers. The $MONEY you earn for your services is 100% yours. You are responsible to comply with governmental laws, regulations and taxes.

We are here to help you make connections with potential customers. Our goal is for you to connect with your customers as a benefit from our webservice. You can cancel your Maid Stars website service at anytime. NO REFUNDS!

We will do internet promotion and social networking. We also recommend that you promote your Maid Stars website on Google Maps, Facebook and other social media. The number of visitors to your Maid Star website will be shown on your user page statistics.
